Ramsar:The RAMSAR International Wetlands Convention ,signed in Ramsar ,Iran 1971 , is an intergovernmental agreement that establishes the national and international guidelines for the cooperation and conservation and other uses of the wetlands and their wealth. So far, there are 114 parties that ratified the convention, consisting of 975 aquatic ecosystems with an overall surface of 70.7 millions of “hectares” included in the wetlands list of international importance.
