Denounce For filling an action or reporting a situation, you can contact us with this contact form, or write us at denuncias@tragua.com The Latin American Water Tribunal (LAWT) will be receiving actions related to cases known for inflicting severe damages and threats to the water sources in Latin America. The admitted and selected denunciations will be heard at the public hearing to be held in the 2010. The tribunal urges all social movements, civil groups and organizations that know of unsustainable practices that threaten the regional water sources, to file a case with all the due evidence. Once the case is received, The LAWT's Technical Commission will thoroughly review the lawsuit and the evidence that supports the case. If the denunciation is accepted, the LAWT will formally notify the opposing parties accused of committing the environmental damage in order to exercise its right to respond to the allegations in the public hearing.
